Membership
Membership in CincyReef is open to individuals and families who pay the annual dues set by the Board of Directors. Membership benefits include:
- Attendance at all regular meetings
- Participation in club activities and events
- Entry into monthly prize drawings (when present)
- Voting rights on matters put before the membership
Membership is granted for twelve (12) months from the date of payment and is non-refundable.
Code of Conduct
Members and visitors are expected to:
- Treat all members, guests, and vendors with respect
- Maintain a family-friendly environment at all events and online forums
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Follow all rules and guidelines set by the Board of Directors
- Not engage in unauthorized commercial activities at club events
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from events or termination of membership at the Board’s discretion.
Commercial Activities
No one shall undertake commercial activity at club meetings, events, or facilities without prior approval from the Board of Directors. This includes promoting products, services, or businesses for personal financial gain.
