I am interested in getting a Fuge light and some chaeto for my tank, but I also am very I retested in setting up a phytoplankton and copepod Farming setup as I have a couple different tanks to work with.
Cheato will be beneficial now but phyto and pods will be useful and potentially lucrative later if I start now-ish.
just looking for advice and or direction.
In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with adding biodiversity to your tank. I look at It as trying to recreate what is available on a natural reef. Phyto is especially effective if you have a skimmer because it will absorb nitrates and phosphates and then be removed by your skimmer on top of feeding your corals. Im out of stock of pods at the moment but phyto is still available If you are looking for some. A lot of stores around our area carry our products so I’d be happy to get you in touch with one of them.
Once we can have meetings again we want to have @RRA Dustin come to one and talk about this about other topics! But he may be able to help you out in the meantime!
