I have seen trying to keep my tank maintenance pretty regular and I have noticed that my zoas are not at all happy and my GSP is dissolving and only 2 polyps we’re open. I checked my chems and they seemed to be where they are supposed to be. With the exception of my ph which is a little low. I did some reading and maybe my lights are up to bright? I have a 300watt mars aqua that hangs about 12 inches above the water line.

What numbers are your normal? How deep is your tank? Have you tried to move them to the sand bed? I’ve always kept my PH around 8.2-8.4. Is your PH lower than 7? 7 is neutral so anything less than that would be considered acidic. I have some ph booster you could have as I bought it for a experiment and never used it again.
