Guest Speaker:
We are pleased to introduce Mark Vera from Aqua-Tech Co.
Mark will be giving two talks during the day:
- Adding refugia to your reportoire, how to design and build a refugium
- A plethora of plankton, how to culture phytoplankton at home.

Mark's Bio:
Mark Vera has been keeping marine aquariums since 1991 during which he has worked in many capacities of the aquarium business. He has also worked on various personal and public research projects and spent two years breeding H. reidi. Being an active Divemaster Mark travels extensively diving lakes, rivers, and oceans throughout the world. Between travels Mark owns and operates a specialty aquarium installation and service company as well as volunteering his diving and husbandry skills at the John G. Shedd Aquarium. Mark is also the creator of the Phyto2 and Zoo2 product lines and continues research on the value of Plankton in the captive aquarium.

haha I moved my college visit trip back another week so I will be able to make this one Glad to see where I have my priorities!

What about everyone having a name tag so we know who everybody is??? (i.e. Screen Name... gthorpe2; real name... Greg) Any ideas?

Paid members all have membership badges if you filled out your "Real Name" in your user profile. Everyone just needs to remember to bring them to the swap. If you haven't attended a meeting, you can pick up your badge at the swap. (PM me to confirm we've printed one for you)

Can whomever has the lanyards for the badges bring them to the swap, I got my badge but not a lanyard.

reefgrief - Membership cards are only distributed at meetings.

Your "Full Name" is not filled out in your profile so I can't print your card. To update your profile:

Does anyone know if the guy that breeds clownfish from KY will be there? I need a few.

Most likely not... unless he comes on his own and brings what he has. We don't have any more room for vendors!

That is GOOD!! We went from having nobody coming to a week or so later having no more room for vendors. I can't wait!!!
